I want to commend both of you for a job well done. The Pipes arrived in
plenty of time for Christmas, December 1st to be exact. It was a long wait
for me, not to be able to open them until Christmas day. But I made it, and I was glad I did wait. My wife took some pictures of me, which I've
attached, right after I opened them and I must say that they were by far the best present I have ever received. I must be honest, I was nervous about
them, they were a special order, I could not find very many bagpipe pictures on line that would have looked similar. I can tell you and anyone else who
might hesitate on buying a set on line from you, to go for it. The
craftsmenship is outstanding and the attention to detail, second to none. Dave is definately a master of his craft and I am very glad he turned these
for me. The tone is wonderful. My tutor also mentioned some great comments

| "Dear Neil, I would first like to thank you very much for getting the pipes out so very quickly for my son to play with the London Irish Pipes and Drums. We received them on the evening of Friday 9th July. They were put through their paces that evening and every day for the next week. On Saturday 17th they were used to record the music for the Royal Tournament. From then on they were in daily use for the Tournament finishing on the evening of the 2nd August. He got a mention in the Tournament write up as being one of the youngest performers to complete the tournament at 13 years old. Attached is a photograph of my son playing your pipes at the Richmond Tattoo on the 25th July in aid of The Star and Garter Home for ex-servicemen. You are more than welcome to use it as an advertisment should you wish. Although by the comments of the very good craftsmanship made by the Pipe Major I doubt if you need any.
